Antonio Forcione is not just a guitar player, he is a force of nature. He has earned a reputation as the “Jimi Hendrix of the acoustic guitar” for his ability to break the mold of conventional guitar sounds, seamlessly blending jazz, Spanish, African, Brazilian, and improvised music.

With a career spanning over four decades and 21 albums of original material, Antonio has won numerous international awards and performed with some of the biggest names in music, including Charlie Haden, Angelique Kidjo, Trilok Gurtu, Larry Coryell, Diego el Cigala, and many more. He has also supported giants such as Phil Collins, Bobby McFerrin, Zucchero, and Van Morrison, among others.

He has explored the realm of comedy by joining the Music-Comedy act Olé at the Edinburgh Festival, where he refined his comedic timing and learned to break boundaries on stage without losing the intensity of his art. He also formed the popular duo “Acoustic Mania” with guitar virtuoso Neil Stacey, with whom he toured the world.
